Nous devions rester 2 nuits, nous en avons fait qu'une seule seule ... la literie dure comme du béton, impossible de dormir, et une propreté qui laisse à désirer. Cet endroit ne nous correspondait pas, surtout avec 2 enfants."

No obstante, el servicio de atención al cliente de hoteles.com me resolvió el problema buscandome otro hotel y se hizo cargo de los sobre costes ocasionados. Encantado con el soporte tan profesional y eficiente recibido. Ojala pudiera decir lo mismo del hotel en cuestion. Espero...
