"I was actually disappointed by this day, based upon all the reviews that I read, I thought it was going to be a good hotel. It was not the cleanest, but it was definitely not the dirtiest spot either. We did find hair and all of the towels in the bathroom, our air conditioner did not work, the refrigerator in our room did not work, and the shower would not turn off all the way so we had to listen to dripping all night long. I did report all of these to the front desk that I was told someone would look at all the issues and nobody ever came to look at them. The room was moderately clean, the staff was responsive, but ultimately did not follow through with what they said they were going to do, I did not have the breakfast, and they do include free parking."
