"good staff and cosy room"

"We stayed at Phoenix Hotel for two nights. It’s conveniently positioned but in a very quiet area. The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. The staff were v friendly and a highlight was the breakfast which was fresh and generous! Overall a great place to stay when in Zermatt!"

"After a full day of hiking, it was such a pleasure to return to our clean, spacious, and comfortable hotel room to relax. We especially enjoyed soaking in the bathtub and taking in the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Each morning, the generous and delicious breakfast spread was the perfect way to fuel up for another day of adventure. Hotel Sarazena is also ideally located—right next to the train station and the Coop grocery store. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better...
