"Just doe a night it was ok. There are lots of little things that just need a little attention to smarten up the hotel and make the experience a better for guests. Staff are helpful but seem a little complacent that’s how things are. Eg. Hotel rubbish outside in the walkway between the two car parks where staff also have a ‘smoking table’ with lots of ash, rubbish on the flat roof outside our window, mould on our window frame, sheet was too small for our bed frame and didn’t tuck in, fire door...

"The staff were very helpful and parking was a breeze! Our room was snug, comfortable, and quiet. It's hard for our family of 4 to enjoy sharing a room, but this was a great spot! The location is great for walking to City Center and avoiding the congestion fees. Some might find the walk too far and although we didn't take the bus, it would have been easy because there were a ton of stops heading into City Center."

"The rooms are beautifully presented and the amenities were really nice. For a travel stop it was very convenient and the staff are friendly.
The carpets in the rooms are suffering from wear and tear and could do with a better clean. The rooms needs a bit more of a clean in general. The shower also started dripping in both rooms (which were at other ends of the property) at around 3am which woke us up. We found it a bit strange to be put in rooms in completely different buildings despite...

"Visiting family in Reading so location was perfect. Plenty of parking and free of charge.
Room was basic, clean apart from dust on bed frame and dressing table. Lovely clean white bed sheets and big white fluffy bath towels.
Plug hole on sink and bath needed a good scrub.
Reported to reception that the shower water was not flowing away very well and also when boiling the kettle steam was escaping onto the handle.
Husband had breakfast, plenty of choice and good quality.
We paid £55 in total...

"The stay included a free breakfast, which was good. A fair amount of options. Wish the room had a mini fridge to keep our drinks cold, but there was no option available. The location was very close to a bus stop which made it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a little tight for the three of us, but it worked ok."

"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was incredibly nice—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, and having hassle-free onsite parking made our trip so much smoother.
We also loved the nice pool area, and the food at the restaurant was both delicious and very well priced. Highly recommend this place,"
