"The staff were very accommodating, held my bags and delivered them to my room and offered to take my Woolies delivery if I wasn't back from sight seeing. Great location to Southbank and public transport."

"Our room was very different to all those on the photos. The outside of the hotel definitely is a little tired, noticed a few broken windows which made us question the safety of the area. That said, everything was quiet and no issues occurred."
