"You as Hotels.com you are selling us fake things. No breakfast and the room is not what you show us. The nest saying that they are not in business with you.
You're charging us more than what they want it means you Hotels.com are scammers you should stop this nonsense your doing.

"Lovely old manor where you are treated like royalty. It’s very comfortable, clean and safe with lots of amenities. The hostesses are lovely and very accommodating. It’s the only place to stay if you are going to or thru Heidelberg. "
