Our rooms (which had no personality at all) were never cleaned, our towels were never changed, there were no toiletries provided, there was no place to put the soap (that we brought) inside the shower, the shower door looked like it had never been cleaned and there was no towel service for the pool. "I liked the expansiveness of the place with the green landscape. The swimming pool is huge. My children never got tired of swimming in the pool. Buffet breakfast has a lot of choices bt taste was not good for some. They should provide a longer line for hanging wet clothes outside. I liked the Casita where we had our own detached unit with the luscious garden outside. "
