"I booked this hotel for my daughter and her friend who wanted to extend their holiday in Zante. The hotel pictures looked suitable - I did not expect a 5 star hotel in a party resort full of young people! The reality of the accommodation did not reflect the pictures advertised by the hotel! "After initial problems with my room I was upgraded to a flat and offered a bottle of wine and a cold platter to make up for the inconvenience. I cannot thank Korinna enough as she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and at home. I had a wonderful stay and would return willingly. "The hotel is really clean, and nice. The staff go to great lengths to keep the shared areas as clean as the rooms. Everybody goes out of their way to make us feel comfortable abd happy. The breakfast buffet was the okay, but compared to the other food options around the hotel, it felt a little shy in comparison. However, within walking distance around the hotel there are plenty of options from local tavernas to touristy spots."
