"ユーミン苗場コンサートの為に1泊素泊まりしました。 口コミを読んでいたので覚悟して行きましたが、それほど悪くはありませんでした。 吹雪の夜にプリンスホテルまで歩いて15分程でしたし、コンサート後の夜中1時までお風呂に入れました！湯船もお湯が出っ放しで綺麗でした。 部屋のガスストーブも温かかったです。 朝食に無料パンがあると口コミで見たのですが、ありませんでしたが、無料のコーヒーはあり美味しかったです。 でも、部屋の壁が薄いようで隣の音が丸聞こえで、夜中の隣りの部屋の咳が気になり眠れませんでした…。 あと、掛け布団のカバーが代えてないようで長い髪の毛が付いていてゲンナリしました…。 あと、歯ブラシとバスタオルしか無くて、浴衣と手拭いも欲しかったです。"

"温泉付きの部屋がとても良かった。まさに求めていた部屋。お料理も上州肉がとても美味しかった。スタッフの数が少なくフロントにも人がいなくて困る事はあったが、あまり干渉されたくないし、人手不足の中でも、こういう良い施設が、残ってほしいので、問題視はしたくない。またリピートします。"
