"First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. Sofa was dirty. TV connection extremely bad - "blizzard screen". Beds were comfortable and view out into the sea was fabulous. "

"Limited parking space but once you're in, you need not to worry about your car as it is safe within the inn area. It is a very convenient hotel. There's a restaurant located next to it & we only need to walk few steps forward to reach Bintang Mall. For a long stay, you may need to remind any of the hotel staffs when the housekeeping service worker forgot to put the drinking water bottles on the dressing table. "Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort provided one of the highlights of my Sarawak stay. Breakfast and dinner were both included in my price, and both were incredibly tasty.
