"Vel det er et hotell med 4 stjerner, burde vært kun 2. Det har ikke heis. Å gå i trapper kan en venne seg til. Det er derfor ikke det verste hvis en er funskjonsfrisk. Nei det verste var at svært få av personalet forsto engelsk. Det var skift der ingen snakket annet enn russisk. Skulle tro en var hensatt til kommunist-tiden. Når du ba om mørk brød fikk du hvit. "It's very far from downtown, you can't walk. There never seems to be anyone at the check in except a very sweet cleaner who doesn't speak a word of English. Very disorganized with calls back and forth to owner/manager and no resolution l. I thought I was booking a cabin (very cute!!!) but was put in a disappointing side apartment with no sea view. Getting a taxi was extremely complicated and took ages. It's a nice place but the service was just awful. "
