"The room was extremely cold, TV did not work, wifi very bad, no hot water in the bathroom. I had to go to bed to get warm. The person at recreation in the afternoon was rude."

"Muy mala experiencia, personal descortés y nada amigable. La habitación era doble y sólo había toallas y jabón para una persona. Shimla es muy frío por la noche y NO hay calefacción si no pagas extra, con ventanas y puertas donde entra el frío. Sólo había una manta y al pedir una más, se negaron a darla. La reserva incluía 'desayuno inglés' y nos pusieron un huevo frito y unas tostadas de mantequilla, nada que ver con lo que uno espera de un 'desayuno inglés'"

"Food was really good !! The room was really nice and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. However, the best part about this property is it’s location. It’s located between 2 mountains, so it’s extremely silent at the night, except the river. There is a nice spot on the river, which is just 100m from the property. "
