This hotel could easily be a 4 Star. Free parking and only 2-3 km away from town. Hotel also offers a free shuttle to the town until midnight. Eva was outstanding every morning as she welcomed us with a smile on her face and very polite. Lady at reception was also very helpful, overall all the staff try their best to provide you best service. I enjoyed my stay and will be visiting Chania again and most probably stay in the same hotel. Fitness centre need attention as not everything is maintained...

Excellent for a one night stop before flight. Beautiful apartments set into the hillside overlooking Souda Bay. Incredibly modern, new and super clean. Very spacious rooms, equipped with all the essentials and also outstanding views. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Nothing was an issue for them. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating with my requests and really lovely to deal with. Wonderful small pool area which again, has an incredible view of Souda bay and the mountains. Well...

We were staying for the last night of our holiday wanting a hotel with a direct route to the airport but near the centre of the town for eating out in the evening. All of wishes were met - the hotel staff were very helpful from Reception to the service staff. We arrived early (10.30am) and they were happy for us to stay round the pool, they stored our luggage until our room was ready. Room modern, clean with a fridge, good wifi, breakfast was a buffet with a good mix of food. Would recommend...

Lovely big space with a great terrace. Hot water is solar but has a heater if needed. Kitchen is quite well equipped although youre so close to so much good food, you won't need it. Washing machine is a total bonus. Parking isnt allowed directly outside but we had no problem parking in the next street after dropping off bags. Call the owner on arrival and you'll be inside 5 minutes later. We would absolutely stay again.

The welcoming feeling goes beyond the arrival. It is all way till the end, when the team thank you and says "hope see you again" - priceless. The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally. The property is very comfortable and well-located, and the staff Andreas is absolutely amazing, very friendly, and gave us all the information needed during our stay. The bed is great, they offered lots of amenities in the room (air dryer, iron, bathrobe, etc).

The Kalithea apartments are very well maintained with a very nice gardens and pool area. Inside our apartment was all you could ask for and more. The kitchen had an electric oven/grill, fridge with freezer drawer, and a coffee maker. There was a TV and free air con units in both the bedroom & the main sitting area. This is definitely the best looking hotel we saw in Chania. The staff were lovely and the room was amazing, the bed was huge! Every little detail in the room was really stylish, it looks even better in real life than the pictures. The breakfast was nice, the shower was hot and powerful, the minibar was cheap, the balconies are nice. Its in a great part of town, just a few minutes walk from the port and the old town but just far enough away to be quiet at night. I'd recommend the restaurant next...

I had a wonderful stay here. My room was spacious and beautifully furnished with high end fittings. Great view over the harbour and right in the centre of things. Top class thoughtful service and initiative from Elia for whom nothing was too much trouble. She really made a positive difference to my stay. A five star experience for sure.

Elia is a newly renovated hotel (2015) located right next to the Cathedral in a pedestrianised shopping street. We stayed in one of the suites on the fourth floor, this consisted of a room with a king size bed (with tempur foam matress and pillows no less), a separate lounge with TV and sofa bed and a bathroom with a big electric shower. What made this place special is the host or manager. A few days before the stay, he had tried to keep in touch with you, and during the whole stay, assisted you through, dining places, transport from and to the next stop and room assistance, etc. Any enquiries were responded within a matter of minutes, via WhatsApp. The best host I had ever encountered. You will surely have a peace of mind in his hands.

This is our 2nd visit here and we have booked again for Easter. Absolutely love this place it’s ideally situated for central Chania and just a few metres from the buzz of the harbour. The rooms are lovely and well equipped and the bed is so comfortable, bathroom perfect and very clean and housekeeping every day. You have to walk a short way to their sister hotel for breakfast but all adds to the ambience. The breakfasts are fab with lots of choice. The only tiny issue is that there is no lift...
