The house rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. A lovely and traditional place near the seaside. A good place to start walks in the evening or to go shopping or dining in the city center. We would come again.

Lovely big space with a great terrace. Hot water is solar but has a heater if needed. Kitchen is quite well equipped although youre so close to so much good food, you won't need it. Washing machine is a total bonus. Parking isnt allowed directly outside but we had no problem parking in the next street after dropping off bags. Call the owner on arrival and you'll be inside 5 minutes later. We would absolutely stay again.

Great place to stay

We used Evans House as a quick overnight stop before travelling on to our holiday villa the next day. In spite of our late arrival, our host was happy to come and open up the property for us. The facilities were great, very modern and smart. If you're a family of four, then the sleeping arrangements may be tricky (two doubles in the same room), but if you're flexible, it's not really an issue. Take not of the phone number in your confirmation email to enable quick contact.

Evan’s House was a lovely place in a perfect location for walking to the water and restaurants. It is beautifully designed for couples and the terrace is lovely.

This was a great place to stay when exploring Chania and it's surrounding towns around Crete. The place was clean and located in the perfect spot. We will definitely be staying there again if given the chance.

The house is very cute. It’s in a strategic position in Chania, you can easily reach the Old Town in a few minutes walking. The host is very kind and available for any necessity. Really good experience!

Lonely stay!

We had a wonderful experience! Great accommodations and location. Room is very nice, clean, and cozy. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and stores. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Chania.

Tolle Lage, nur wenige Meter zum Strand und zu den Restaurants und Bars der Strandpromenade. Zur Altstadt etwas weiter, aber gut erreichbar. Wohnung war einfach, aber vollständig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Séjour parfait : on y reviendra volontiers.

Très bon séjour dans un beau logement ancien et rénové avec goût. Lit confortable, belle salle de bain avec nombreux produits, cuisine impeccable et bien équipée. Situé dans une petite rue calme à 50m de la mer, et proche du centre. Par contre, l'annonce mélange les 3 appartements de la propriétaire qui se trouvent dans 3 rues différentes et s'appellent tous evans house : le nôtre était rue athinon et situé sur un rez de chaussée.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Superb accomodation recently renovated (built 1912) to a very high simple specification. Enhances architectural features, provides all modern amenities. We loved it. Spotlessly clean, comfortable for relaxation and convenient for all amenities in Chania. One minute to the coast/beach, a 5 minute stroll to town. This is one of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in many over the years.
