"Room was clean and staffs was friendly, they offer access to the onsen of another hotel (10 minutes walk) which belongs to the same group. Very near Takayama station and walkable to the morning market and the old town district. The only problem is with their air ventilation system, we constantly smell smoke in the room which coming off from the air vent, we have to open the door to let fresh air come in the whole night. "

"The hotel was very clean and easy to find. The location was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very good. On the downside, the beds were hard as rocks. It felt like I was sleeping on a concrete slab. Otherwise, our stay was very good."

"Loved the giant room for my family. Our only negative with the place is there is a flight of stairs to get to the lobby which wasn’t disclosed. So if you have elderly family members that don’t well with stairs be aware."
