"Great place to stay! Big bed, nice bathroom/shower facilities, excellent buffet breakfast (extra charge), friendly and helpful staff. Five-minute walk to Otsuka subway station and close to restaurants and stores. Safe neighborhood. I had a wonderful time!"

"This was a clean room and the location was very convenient for all of the shopping that we did while in Tokyo. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. We had our luggage transported directly from the airport to the hotel which was very convenient. The Denny's on the 2nd floor and 7/11 a few steps from the elevator were also very convenient during our stay. My husband and I found the bed comfortable and our daughter said the foldout bed from the couch was also comfy."

"We had a wonderful stay at Super Hotel Saitama! The room was compact but exceptionally clean and comfortable, and having Netflix made our stay even more relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the spa was spotless and refreshing. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!"
