"We got in late and the gentleman at the desk was wonderful. He upgraded us to a suite because our first room was not ready and we arrived at about 10:45 pm. Suite was nice but the shampoo bottle didn’t pump and Kleenex box only had 3 Kleenex in it as well as no body lotion or regular coffee for coffee maker. It was all decaf. Also sofa bed I tried to lay on and very uncomfortable and no blanket in room for sofa bed."
