"My wife and I stayed here for two nights on a weekend and were impressed with the spartan yet functional rooms. Despite the size and pay for what you need aspect, it's a fairly decent value if all you need is a bed and some air conditioning. It's about the size of a citizenM room but without all the technology in the room. Definitely would stay here again with one caveat. We paid for a late checkout (£20 until 1 pm) and had a male maid barge into our room while my wife was sleeping. When...

"Dirty and hot as hell, I guess that is why the theme colour is red carpets (turning black). Staff will lie to your face to get you away from the desk. I was booked for two nights and decided to cancel the next night. The "lady" at the desk said no problem and took my email to send the receipt the next day. Of course that never happened. Just pay the 3.50 to park for 12 hrs and sleep in your car it will be far cleaner and safer."

"Our stay was not great!!! Our AC was not working in our room and the weather was extremely hot.. so was very uncomfortable to rest or sleep. They later brought fans to assist but it remained warm.
Also we didnt have any change of our towels or the garbage taken out of our room after our first night. They stated after the fact, that they dont dont do full service until the 4th day of stay which was not stated at check in. At least you can get change of towels and garbage disposal.

"The staff were very helpful and parking was a breeze! Our room was snug, comfortable, and quiet. It's hard for our family of 4 to enjoy sharing a room, but this was a great spot! The location is great for walking to City Center and avoiding the congestion fees. Some might find the walk too far and although we didn't take the bus, it would have been easy because there were a ton of stops heading into City Center."

"The room was clean and spacious. Our only minor complaint is about the shower stall. It was only half enclosed so splashes of water on the floor was inevitable. The drain was also a little bit slow, so we had to turn down the shower flow to avoid standing in a puddle of water.
The full breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods, which did not vary during our 3 night stay. We enjoyed it nonetheless.
