"Credit card machine not working had to pay extra already for early check in which was more expensive than a day charge on top of that they did have any change so I had to loose more money. If the hotels are especially there for tourists then all the commodities should be working. Last day on the check out the lift was also not working so had drag all my luggage down the floor. "I was recommended the neighborhood of La Floresta and chose this hotel because of the price and I was so pleased. The staff was very friendly and my room was clean and quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty. They had a filtered water dispenser right by my room as well as shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided. I had to stay a few more nights than expected and they very easily accommodated me. I stayed at both ends of my trip while in Quito and it felt like a home away from home. There...
