The staff at this hotel are SO NICE, and very professional. The hotel is spotless, centrally located and they serve a lovely buffet breakfast which is included in the price. It would be hard to find a more reasonable and pleasant place to stay in Quito.

Staff is the main thing in this hotel, stayed there 2 nights. They provided different pillows when we requested and they were always helpful with any request. Breakfast was very good! Great location, with coffee shops, fast foods, and other restaurants.

Check in super easy, staff very nice. Room is nice and clean as well. (Minor things I don’t like personal preference :I don’t like rain showers cause I don’t like to get my very long hair wet and the head is so high you can’t adjust it. The doors are paper thin so you do hear what is going on in the corridor.) That being said I still would come back here again.

Can’t go wrong here. Very efficient and friendly.

Large rooms, decent breakfast. Large Rooms more Holiday Inn than Express. A few bars and restaurants around the hotel opposite the WcDonalds (seriously, checkout their signs!). Very efficient staff , friendly but the bar was like a morgue.

I felt safe as a solo traveler and the front desk was so helpful answering questions that I had. Especially Belen, she was very helpful in guiding me to see the beautiful places that I wanted to visit. She is an excellent person for the job at the front desk.
