"We loved our stay. Geno our host was so welcoming & helpful. The breakfast was very nice with fresh juice & fruit. The stairs were ok, but may not be great for all travelers. Geno will try to be available to help with luggage if you give him an estimated arrival time. He has great suggestions for restaurants, tours & kayak rentals. We would definitely recommend!! "

"Facilities are ok My only issue was that the A/C wasnt working and night was kind of hot but mostly humidity. Javier and her wife offer a discount because of this so i feel they were very sorry for the issue! View is perfect, meals were perfect and not too many rooms what makes it even more quite.... "Our stay was not that great. We arrived and the hotel had cancelled our reservation. Our reservation said "you will pay at the hotel..." but the hotel tried to charge us in advance, my card was declined so they cancelled the reservation. They claim they have tried to contact me.
