We never found out the truth until 10:00 at night when we arrived and found a notice on the front doors! Why did Hotels.com still have this listed as available????? This is unacceptable!"

"The property provided what we needed. A quiet home in a quiet neighborhood. It is located within a short driving distance to retail shopping and restaurants with many options to choose from. The property is nicely appointed. The kitchenette provides a small refrigerator, microwave, and double sink. All were in good working condition. "This home is laid out nicely and met our needs for a quick weekend stay in Lakeland. The host, Letty, was a pleasure and provided very clear and easy to follow instructions. The home needs some updating, but was clean, comfortable and in a great location. "
