"It was a great experience The hotel is very near 10 minutes walk to sun plaza station for fansipan Host Kenny was very nice he woke up at 6.30 for breakfast for us. He is very responsive and if you are planning to go to fansipan i would recommend to get the desk from hotel it’s cheaper than buying tickets at the spot. Climate was very nice"

"HORRIBLE. Tubotel has the most incompetent staff I have ever encountered. I made a reservation months in advance via hotels.com. Once I arrived, the attendant attempted to extort my friend and claiming our online reservation was invalid and demanded we pay multiple times the online amount. We waited for the other receptionist to come, who claimed that she did not have our reservation, then hours later printed out my reservation. I alerted hotels.com, who called multiple times and every time the...
