"I could not find entrance key info in app & it was challenging to gather it thru customer care. Home is ok but entrance gate had sharp iron edge, it could hurt kids and surely, this will need injection if anyone gets injure. We had three kids, so had to attentive every time . Apart of them, sunroom connected in backyard was messy. One room has very high bed, uncomfortable to sleep and it was difficult for my pregnant wife/ mother-in-law to rise on bed. "The location was fantastic and the houes is great. However, when it says it is for 20 people - this does NOT include the pool. To access the pool, you need passes. The house provided 8 passes and we were able to purchase 8 additional passes at $10/per person / per day. There was absolutely no possibility of passing more passes which was incredibly frustrating since the pool access was the reason we chose this location.
