"I booked this reservation on this site & I think this is 419. here are my reasons. 1. This place is a shortlet apartment and not a hotel. Very misleading, its like calling Airbnb a hotel. So imagine to my surprise upon arrival, i was asked for the code to enter the estate whereas i was expecting to be stepping to the front desk and getting checked in. It was an ordeal of over 90minutes to get into the estate. 2. When i got in, there was no concierge, front desk person or porter. Apparently...

"The hotel is quite nice and comfortable. However, I have some problems with it. The hotel has two receptions and they keep passing you from one to the other and the two are like 2 mins walk away. Then I booked days before however it took about 30min for them to find my booking. This was despite that I paid online.
