"The room was clean and tidy. Carrie and Demi at the front desk were very friendly. The breakfast was impressive with chefs that personally make freshly cooked noodles in front of you. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Hangzhou next time!"

"Loved the decor both in common areas and in-room. Didn't like that to use the wifi, a staff member had to help us log on to each device separately, and we couldn't do an easy login by ourselves. "
