"The hotel has recently had a renovation and oh my what a result. The room we had was a cosy sea view room. It had everything we needed and more. It was 27C the day we stayed so the air-con was very welcomed indeed! I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Booked this hotel as the rest of our large group were staying at The Ivy Bush Hotel opposite, where they had been recommended. We were not disappointed, the hotel was beautifully decorated and everywhere spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was scrummy. Our friends at The Ivy Bush were extremely disappointed with their accommodation and evening meal and next time will book the Spilman Hotel. Would definitely recommend 😊"

"The reception staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. I left my phone charger at home and they lent me one for the weekend. The room was a single and clean, although the decor was dated (the description did say it was a Victorian building). I had breakfast both mornings at The Galley Restaurant which was an all you can eat. The food was hot and fresh and had everything you would expect for a buffet restaurant. "The hotels about 5 minutes from folly farm and 15 minutes from Tenby. Room comes with everything you need - towels / hand soap / body wash / hair dryer / ironing board / kettle etc. breakfast was tasty as well with plenty of choice. Will definitely return "

"I asked for a sea or garden view room, and I got one! Easy 5 mins walk to town centre, but a bit longer on way back due to steep hill. All staff were extremely helpful."

"The Plas breakfast was one if not the best I have had anywhere, all freshly cooked. Also, plenty of choices to suit everyone. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but one little criticism is that there was no handle to aid getting into the shower/bath. This was mentioned to the receptionist in the morning, she duly made a note of it and would pass it on to the maintenance person. Would recommend the Plas and would go back there. "
