"Fabulous hotel, perfect from check in to check out. Big thank you to the girls in the spa, the receptionist with the long curly hair and the 2 girls who did our massages who didn’t make us feel uncomfortable when we got a case of the severe giggles and couldn’t hold it together! "Clean warm nice shower beautiful view warm and welcoming staff they were kind and compassionate as my husband had just lost his mother who was in a local hospital which was the reason to visit Llandudno prior to booking in and said if we need anything to just ask Breakfast was great a good start to the day plenty of choice. Nicely presented the restaurant staff were attentive pleasant and friendly. "

"Stayed one night, had a twin room on floor 3. Room was clean, beds comfy, pillows comfy. Room decor is old and could do with an update but bathroom was modern with good shower.and hot water.towles and linen also nice.virw from our room was ok and wasn't you noisy or anything.Parked round corner in town Hall car park for a fiver, but you can park outside hotel for 90min for free, handy to drop bags etc. there's a bar in the hotel and we got a free drink as a perk of booking with hotel.com. again...

"I booked the hotel as a treat for my partners birthday. I felt the food was a little pricey for the choices available. Also we were quite a bit away from anything so if we wanted to have a drink together we wwre a bit stuck on places to go. However the room and amenities were great adn staff helpful. "
