"We went for stag do and found that location wise it was perfect. The Breakfast wouldn't meet the standards for everyone but for what you pay there was no complaints. There are also plenty of alternative places within walking distance if you want to get food. We also visited Siam Park which is about a 10/15 minute walk from reception but be prepared as it's uphill.
The reception staff were great and polite and the pool was big and warm. It did look like they had some Childrens entertainment...

"C’était très bien en famille. L’appartement en face de la piscine top (manque juste d’un peu d’équipement pour les petits, par ex un marche pied pour atteindre le lavabo). Un Surveillant de baignade toujours présent à la piscine et l’animateur Yismast ( aquagym) qui motive bien les gens pour les jeux et l’aquagym."

"This was a great hotel/apartments. Smooth and quick check in, spacious apartment with large balcony and had all the self catering amenities I needed. Room cleaned everyday. Staff friendly and helpful. I could always get a sun lounger at the pool. Showers and changing facilities for a late flight as check out is 11.30am. Would stay here again."

"Hotellet var hyggeligt, med mange små oaser med pools, dyr og virkelig flot anlagt med træer og planter. Personalet var imødekommende og hjælpsomme.
Det er meget højlydt i spisesalen, og det var på trods af at det var udenfor højsæson.
Deres underholdning om aftenen var ok, men var for højlydt selv på hotelværelset lidt væk."

"Estancia muy agradable, de la habitación lo mejor la cama y la terraza , el servicio muy bueno por parte del perso al, al llegar tuve que esperar hasta las 4pm a que estuviera la habitación pero me ofrecieron una bebida de cortesía y estar en la piscina. La piscina grande y climatizada. Sin duda volveremos"

"Great location and staff were lovely.
Lots of cockroaches around and room clean is questionable.
Asked for room to be sprayed because it was full of flies and a couple of cockroaches. Someone came out and did it quickly.
Kept them at bay for less than 15 hours
Asked for the room to be cleaned and floor swept. Unfortunately mess was still there from previous occupants
Kitchen well stocked, towels were not replaced unless asked.
Pool heated but couldn’t see the hot tub anywhere

"The Apartment was larger than expected and clean.
The staff are all really great. The bar on site ( Stacey's) is run really well and they are very friendly people.
The location is good. Its about a 20 min walk to the nearest beach downhill.
Reception are great as are security.
The pool is clean and lovely to swim in. Plenty of sun beds ( June ) .
Towels are given for the pool on arrival which helps. There is body wash and shampoo provided in the apartment . The kitchen is well...
