The hotel is very nice and have relaxed atmosphere. It is situated close to the old town so there are restaurants and shops within short walking distance.

Great Pool, perfekt Location for walking to the center and the one Beach where we went. Probl3m for the Beach is its not possible to swimm in the Ocean because of the constant big waves. The food was good, not so many choices but ok for 7 days. The drinks at dinner time we need to pay extra, that something that we didn't knew. However the Hotel is good and a would come again if a travel to Puerto de la Cruz someday again 🙂

Worth every star, clean and well organised. Perfectly located between the beach and the centre. The rooms have a fan but no A/C. That’s not necessary at all, because it hardly ever gets over 30 degrees. Parking close to the hotel is very hard, the large parking is 3 minutes away.

Overall the hotel was a nice pleasant place to stay. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, with the exception of a couple of the dining staff. The bedding was clean and the rooms were generally well kept. Cleanliness only got 3 stars as there were a few things that needed attention. The bedding was clean but a couple of the towels were not. The shower could benefit from a bit of a scrub and I had to wipe down the doors and handles as they were a little dirty. If you are hiring a car, then be mindful there is limited parking at the hotel. It is all on street and is generally full. There is a large, free parking lot at the top of the town that has a lot of space. Approx 10 min walk. There are lots of evening dining options in the main town, along with plenty of shops. All just a 10-20 min walk. The ice cream shop, Berry’s, is worth stopping at. Divino and Iberico’s were both good places to eat. Be mindful that smoking is allowed at most of the restaurants and so for a smoke free meal you need to sit inside, or visit one of the few none smoking restaurants (Iberico’s is one of them). If I return to the north of Tenerife, I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

I had breakfast on day one of my stay was mediocre. Had breakfast outside next day but being a hot day I went to breakfast hall in hotel to top-up my water bottle with drinking water. I was stopped!!!. Staff saying it's prohibited.

Great location and super-comfy room

This was my 5th stay at this hotel and they never fail to impress. The room was spotlessly clean daily, the bed is large and super comfy and the breakfast selection is vast, so something for everyone. I will return again in the future I hope!

Stayed 2 nights and had poor sleep on both, one directly caused by the hotel processing a very early alarm call to the wrong room! The bathroom is only suitable for small children as the design is so poor that you cannot enter without banging your hands and you have to open and close the door to access the toilet which is very low and positioned so that you have difficulty in avoiding banging your chin on the edge of the vanity unit and banging your hand on the loo roll holder
