"Room was clean and hotel staff were great! View was beautiful and relaxing. My only complaint was the laundry room washers did not work. One was broken and the only other washer did not clean the clothes at all. I believe these were maintained by a 3rd party vendor though as I had to download an app to pay for the machines, only to be out the money because it didn't work."

"The first problem was we got into our room and you could tell that the bathroom was never cleaned. They were dirty and wet towels and the shower was still dirty with hair and other things. We went down to tell the desk clerk and they gave us another room to go to and as it turns out as soon as we open the door you could see that neither one of the beds was ever made and I'm not sure that room had been cleaned yet either. Keeping in mind this is it 8:30 at night so not sure what the problem was. So we ended up going back to the first cabin and they gave us clean towels but we just had this uneasy feeling about the cleanliness of the room. Considering what we were paying for this room, it was pretty appalling honestly."
