"The photos? Sure, they look decent — but they’re taken at just the right angles and just the right lighting to hide the reality. The place is dated, dark, and dingy. What you see online is NOT what you get in person. Upon arrival, we were never sent check-in instructions. We had to call and wait on hold for 20 minutes just to figure out how to get in — standing in the heat with our bags like lost tourists. Inside? A sauna. "We arrived for a family funeral on Friday night! We were met by Abbey who was a true gem!! She saw to our every need and made sure we were comfortable!! We were well taken care of! And the room met our expectations! I was sick so I made the best of my stay! We liked that the hotel was surrounded by so many different businesses! Places to shop and eat!! Modern and clean! Thanks for a good; comfortable stay! The breakfast was good! Although I really couldn’t eat it! But the juice came in handy!! TY! "
