"Thanks to receptionist Luis and team for arranging our airport transfer within three hours of arrival. The driver was clear in his instructions on where to meet and knew exactly where to take us when the reception to the hotel was closed. Luis was waiting for us at 12:45am when he didn't have to; the reception closes at midnight. It took a lot of stress away when we landed into Lisbon at midnight."

They were able to get housekeeping to come out and assist. They gave us the code to the system and it did not work. We were able to access the lockbox key and use it to get in.
