"The rooms are beautiful! We loved the patio and the view. Gorgeous. The food on the first night was almost inedible: we sent back the mahi mahi (I think that's what it was) because it was so rock hard/overcooked that it wouldn't chew down. We then ordered the pizza: the dough was so soft and uncooked that we just ate the toppings. We then started simply eating away from the place. On our final night, though, they were doing a barbecue and it was absolutely fantastic. We wonder if we just had a bad dining night. The other thing that happened was that my 82-year-old mother and myself were walking down from our cabin and one of the hotel staff, driving a golf cart, actually honked at us to get out of his way as he sped past us. My poor mother jumped into the drainage ditch, and nearly lost her balance.
