"La Mariposa was a highlight of our trip. The property is beautiful, and the view is absolutely incredible. Waking up to floor to ceiling windows and an ocean and national park view never got old. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the infinity pool overlooking the ocean was a favorite spot. We even saw monkeys on the property.
Breakfast each morning was wonderful, and the staff were so lovely and accommodating throughout our stay. The property’s location is ideal, within walking distance...

"Our stay at mountain top park was absolutely wonderful. It really is at the top of the mountain (The drive from the front entrance to the hotel is steep and windy, in a fun way). On our first morning after checking in, we saw some squirrel monkeys climbing through the trees from our balcony, and when we had breakfast we saw a few toucans in the trees right outside the hotel, along with a great view of the ocean. "The site was beautiful; the room was spacious with a view of the ocean; the swimming pool was extremely large and the food in the restaurant was delicious. It was a delight to stay in this resort. I would highly recommend it. "

"Darlene “Dar” was #1 at check in and on check out. She keeps the hotel rolling!!
At breakfast we chose a different 1-4 options each morning to see the difference. Each one was great, if I had to choose I’d select the pancakes with scrambled eggs. Room was always clean each day when we returned from our daily venture. Dont miss the happy hr by the pool in the garden from 4-6. "

"The bungalows are a bit rustic, which o loved. My bungalow was very clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and has a great shower. The AC works well. There’s an area by the sink to hang clothes. The refrigerator is spacious. The desk was perfect for me to set up my laptop. I needed to borrow an adapter from the front desk, which was no problem. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay there again."
