The TV was broken and the emergency light at the room was low on batteries, flashing constantly. Unable to sleep well. Tried to contact the front desk by phone but it seemed impossible. "Lovely clean room & staff were very helpful & friendly. The only complaint I would have is that there was a horrible drain/sewer smell in the bathroom of room 104 - not sure if this was coming from the toilet or the shower - didn’t complain to reception as I was hardly ever in the room but not a nice smell! Rooms were cleaned every day & clean towels & new shower gel provided daily."
