The only issue was the swipe cards did not always work even post recoding and staff had a lot of trouble fixing. That said, was a good convenient place. Shuttle should be built into price if possible as some people I met assume this and just another thing. Considering the proximity to the airport is its key attraction the shuttle is interdependent and key to customer satisfaction. Making this as seamless as possible for often weary travellers would be best practice customer service plus better card encoding system. Thank you

Our stay was okay. It works for just a one night stay which I would assume is the purpose of the property. The bathroom was kind of dirty and mold in the shower. Sheets were clean but we could not get the air conditioner to work. The restaurant was closed as well and it said there were snacks but really did not seeing anything that would be satisfactory. The airport transportation was nice. Probably would not stay again unfortunately but it worked for what we needed at the time.

Clean, comfortable and convenient to Malpensa airport. Shuttle service is handy and reasonably priced during the hours it operates. Guest services very helpful with arranging transport after hours to dining. Hotel is in a residential neighborhood so need separate transport to dining. Breakfast option (paid) is good and extensive. Many tour groups use this hotel as a base.

Disappointment

The people in reception was not very welcoming when I checked in, there were theee of them and they seemed to not care if I was checking in or what! The restaurant was only for cancelled flight passengers and one had to walk to the next hotel to eat. The bar had no staff so I was unable to buy a sandwich or a drink and even if there were 3 staff members at the front desk and no one at the bar but people waiting for service they did nothing! The 2 guys at the check out were really helpful and nice. Also the Taxi from Malpensa was 20 € but the Shuttle from the hotel to Malpensa was 25 €!!!

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room had a smell and wasn't very clean. My stay was for a night in transit due to a flight delay so served the purpose, but for the price could have been cleaner.

The value for money at short notice was very good. Staff went out of their way to accommodate my late arrival. The room was clean and the aircon was easy to adjust. My only complaint is about the shuttle bus that was late, and then took another 10 minutes before leaving for the airport.

We went down on our last day to have breakfast. We arrived about 9 AM but there wasn’t any food. The attendant was still going to charge us, but we told her we would go somewhere else and walked away. The front staff and the hotel lobby was very apologetic.
