"Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful about finding things to do and how to get into and out of Venice efficiently from the nearby train station. Clarissa was particularly helpful with her insights on where to eat and what to see in Venice itself. Room was large. Hotel is small any quiet and out of the way. You will need a car to stay here since nothing is within walking distance. "

"We arrived in 32 degrees and the room was almost warmer than that, air conditioning couldn’t cool the room down, so a night almost without any sleep. The refrigerator was also not working and we mentioned that 2 times for the staff, end of the story- we could have another refrigerator next morning, only a one night stay so that was not helping us.
