"The front desk was super gracious polite and helpful. They even gave free upgrade because bathroom of Scottish villa room wasn’t pristine clean. The property is very elegant for nature lover wanting peace and getaway from city crowd but still being inside the city. "

No convenient electrical outlets to plug electronics or bedside medical devices like CPAP. Breakfast is same old average tasting buffet. No parking. "This hotel has lots of character. The staff are helpful and polite. While there was a huge wedding party during our stay, it still felt quiet. The food options, although limited, were delicious. The hotel bar, again although it has limited options, was full of character. "
