"Stayed in a family room. Price for 2 adults and 2 kids was great. Very convenient location for an early airport departure. Great location for a visit to Rainbows End or Westfield and a choice of eateries on your doorstep. Staff were very lovely and helpful and room had everything we needed. The room was just very tired and in need of a little TLC to get it back to its former glory. Bed linen and towels were spotless"

"A wee bit of confusion about what room I had booked when I arrived, but that was quickly sorted out. AC was quick and very welcome in the humidity, Beds were comfortable, and the in-room Spa Bath was fantastic! However, there was no fan in the bathroom to help steam escape, so the bathroom window (which went out to the main landing) needed to be open… the lack of security stays on this window did leave me slightly concerned for my privacy while in the bathroom.
