"First of all, the staff at Il Perlo Panorma is exceptional. They were so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. We arrived and had booked the Basic Room. It was ok, but since it was our 20 th anniversary, we asked about upgrading the room. The Junior Suite was available. They handle our room switch while we were away, moved our luggage and the Suite was amazing. We literally didn't want to leave the room. It had a huge balcony with stunning views of Bellagio and the lake, wonderful...

"I would have given a higher rating, but the communication with the hotel on how to get there were very challenging, we had to argue for a lake view room which we booked.
Once we settled in, it became a very pleasant experience, lake view from the balcony through the trees, clean room, when we made sure they’ll clean it, convenient, walkable location to restaurants and ferries."
