"If I could have less than 1 star, I would pick that for this hotel. Most of my concerns about this hotel are reported in other reviews. So I don’t want to repeat them but agree with them. I made a mistake of booking this hotel instead of booking a similar named hotel in the neighborhood that I was hoping to book. Hotel management is rude and unfriendly. "Very helpful and professional staff. Very nice outside breakfast area, nice and clean room with good view, quiet location (you can even hear bird song), relaxed atmosphere, a few km from central Ooty. Small hotel in decent condition, offers tours and more to surroundings"
