"C'est bien mais un peu difficile à trouver, loin de la gare surtout avec beaucoup de bagages. Par contre, étant à l'écart, c'est un coin très tranquille. Un hôtel labyrinthe, chambre difficile à trouver du moins la nôtre.
Je ne sais pas si c'était exceptionnel mais ce matin là, le 15 septembre, le petit déjeuner ne valait vraiment pas le prix demandé, il n'y avait presque rien à manger."

"I had an amazing stay at this property! The neighbourhood is calm, quiet, and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Paris. The bus and metro stops are conveniently located right in front, with plenty of lovely cafés nearby.
The reception staff were absolutely outstanding—friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. The room was spacious, comfortable, and everything I could have asked for.
I’m so happy I found this place! It will definitely be...

"We stay every year when we visit our family in Europe. It is literally steps from Orly terminal 4. Its convenient, clean and has great customer service. Wish the dinner buffet would open at 6pm and not 645pm. Just a small suggestion."

"The hotel was nice but a bit more underwhelming than I anticipated especially for the price. But staff and location were nice. Convenient location, It’s about a 5 min walk from Arc De Triompe and Champs Elysees. The train is nearby and there’s lots of restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. There’s also a grocery store across the street so you could buy water and snacks for your room. My room smelled like smoke and after telling them they fixed it right away."

"The room was very clean. The lobby needs to be updated. It is very dull .
The receptionist are very rude if you don’t speak French . They are not friendly.
I arrived at 2:00 and I was done with checking at 2:30 . I was told to wait till 3:00 pm the check in time . I have traveled all over the world. I have never seen anything like this . Especially you come when you are tired .
What does 30 min difference make ! ."

"Some front desk people were helpful and friendly. He was excellent. Others, not helpful and one not even friendly. Location is ok. It is noisy. U can hear numerous others next door and above. Cleaning seemed to only come around after I had been gone all day to see if I wanted room cleaned. Even though while gone most of the day, I'd left tag on door to please clean. I did like having the mini fridge."
