"Filthy dirty place saw 2 horrible rooms did not stay worst place ive ever seen avoid do not book"

"The staff were exceptional!! The food was exceptionally good, with a mix including Indian as well as UK, but all - dinner and breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is in the centre of the city of Brechin, quite close to the cathedral - well worth visit! Th oldest part dates from around 1000AD"

"Well enjoyed stay with our 2 kids over the October holidays. Room plenty space and great amenity if the pool for us all to enjoy. Breakfast was good with plenty choice. Evening food was uninspiring but there are many choices locally or further afield in Dundee. Closeness to Dundee great as well had the car so it’s a great location to enjoy being out the city buzz. Look forward to returning again"

"This property has seen better days which is a pity ; the room was big but sadly had not been maintained- the carpet looked like something out of a crime scene and the lighting was terribly dim. There was no room cleaning service for my entire 3 night stay which was a let down. That aside, the reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful."

"Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Great stay."

"Great place to stay in Aberdeen, highly recommended"

"Cheap , clean , good location. Bit noisy but cracking for the money. Rooms a bit tired but again cracking for the money."

"Would definitely recommend staying. Great position, on main street"

"Great affordable place in Aberdeen. Close to free parking and staff extremely helpful."
