"This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. It was chaotic from the moment our Lyft turned into the driveway. So many lines and the noise during the night and early in the morning was unbearable. It was the opposite of relaxing and we immediately changed hotels. "

"This is a timeshare type place they will try to sell you but they didn't hound us. Just asked while getting parking pass and I said no and that was it. The unit was nice but no ceiling fans and the AC had trouble keeping up and they sent maintenance out. Fixed it and next night same issues. We bought some fans and that seemed to help the unit. I would recommend bringing your own fans they have no ceiling fans to circulate the air. The location to the parks is great. The condos seem a little older but still nice. If it wasn't for the in room hot tub I would definitely opt for a few of our other favorite condos first but after long days at the park the jetted hot tub in the room was nice. We had a pool view room I would not recommend that because the first day kids were just having fun and it was like the windows were open. If we stay here again will request a top floor and city view. "
