I think we were hoping for something beyond the normal hotel experience. The issues were more irritants than anything. First, there was the surprise $15 daily parking fee. If that was in the information about Kompose it was well hidden. Second, our room had little surface space. There were the two beds and a small shelf. That meant our stuff had nowhere to go but the floor. There wasn’t even a chair in the room. Third, the bathroom design. The shower was only a simple rain from an overhead shower head. The shower had a half glass wall which looked good in the bathroom but was not large enough to keep the water in the shower. A bathmat had to be used and after multiple showers was completely soaked. Fourth, the TV was set in the wall directly in front of one of the beds. The TV couldn’t be moved or tilted. Would have been better if it had been placed so it was more centered to the placement of the beds.
Again, nothing major. Just minor irritants. The hotel’s location in relation to the Disney parks is its greatest asset as far as we were concerned.
