Sunroom is advertised as bedroom. Guests go through sunroom to get outside. The sunroom doesn’t have a closet, but it worked for us. Towels were damp and folded on the beds. "We stayed at the”Blackhaus” January 19-23. The house was perfect for our 3 teenage boys and my wife and I. It is a bit off the road which offers serenity and peace. The house is well appointed and met all of our needs. It is located just about 8 minutes from whiteface ski resort and about 22 minutes to lake placid. I Will definitely stay here again. "
