"The hotel room was nice and clean, however, the rooms are dated. The basic rooms the beds are a bit springy, the WiFi was very spotty, it has two pools on the smaller side yet they are nice and clean. The view to the Volcano is spot on! The breakfast is good. The staff is very nice, friendly and attentive "

The location is great too; it's within walking distance to downtown La Fortuna, which made exploring easy and fun. The daily breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each day. We would absolutely stay here again as a family!"
