"Chegamos e havia apenas 1 recepcionista para atendimento com a previsão de hotel lotado. Chegamos por volta das 14:30 e o quarto não estava pronto, saímos e retornamos as 17:30 e ainda não havia quarto pronto. O menino da recepção, não se mostrou preocupado, disse que houve problema com a lavanderia e isso atrasou todo o serviço. Não sei onde entra a minha culpa nesse processo, já que o valor que me cobraram pela diária, foi pago integralmente. Para finalizar, a limpeza deixou muito a desejar,...

"This is a well staffed and professionally operated property. Buffet breakfast with many options. Restaurant serves lunch and dinner. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Service and Wait staff also excellent. My only complaint is that building is old and in need of some maintenance and upgrades. But having said that, I would happily return to this property."
