Very nice stay

Very nice hotel located very close to the Porto Alegre airport. Easy parking, and a very nice complementary breakfast. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and the air-conditioning worked well. Highlights were the pool. A beautiful pool in the back. For convenience to the airport and a nice hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good breakfast, clean and spacious room.

The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. However, for a 4-star hotel, the absence of a sauna was a noticeable shortcoming. Additionally, the built-in wardrobe door was difficult to slide sideways due to the absence of a floor rail. Despite these minor issues, my stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

We arrived around 5pm and the room wasn’t ready, so we were placed in a temp room pending our room cleaning. The front desk was helpful in managing the situation with a high occupation in the evening, however they could have it ready by 2 pm as check in time. The room was good however the bathroom could have some forced ventilation and the toilet was a bit clogged. We will come back to the hotel but there are improvement opportunities.
